Fitness for Xennial women
DECIDE ONCE.
Raised on fat-free everything. Short on time. Want to look normal and feel good. Here's exactly what worked for me, and a game that keeps it from getting boring.
The whole method
Boring, cheap, and it works.
No coach, no fancy gym, no hacks. Just this, about an hour a day, around a full-time job and a homeschool.
You decide whether to breathe zero times a day.
I treat the workout the same way. I don't wake up and ask myself if I feel like it. I decided once, back in 2022, and I've been doing 5 workouts a week since.
Vacations happened. Sick weeks happened. Busy seasons happened. I got back on every time, and that's the part that actually matters.
Consistency, gamified
People quit when it gets boring. So I made it a game.
Missing a day isn't failing. A missed week costs a week and nothing more. Start with the free tracker: your first 30 workouts, plus steps and protein, grace days built in. Get it free.
Count the total
Progress is total workouts. Nothing ever resets to zero.
Grace days
Vacation, the flu, a week where life lifed all over you. Log a grace day. Zero penalty.
Earn patches
Small wins at 10, 30, 60, and 100 workouts, then every 100 after that.
The comeback patch
Back after a week or more off? That earns a reward, not a lecture.

About
Hi, I'm Kristin.
Not Christine. Last name Cpin, pronounced like "spin."
I grew up on Special K, SnackWells, and aerobics tapes, like you. Somewhere in my late 30s, what used to work stopped working.
Starting at 39, I went from 191 to 141 pounds with free workouts, walking, and a $2 macro app. Those are my results, not your target. The habits are the point, and they work at any starting weight.
I'm a regular mom in my 40s who works full-time and homeschools. I look normal. That was always the goal. My 2 stress tools are a workout and prayer.
I'm not a dietitian or a coach. I share what worked for me, so treat it as a starting point and check with your doctor before big changes.
